Returns Policy
We hope you love your new Oliveway products! However, if there is a problem with your order from www.oliveway.com, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order at eshop@oliveway.com with your selection from the three (3) categories below as to your reason for the return.
Our Returns Policy Categories and accepted reasons for product returns:
- Product arrived damaged: please notify Oliveway within 24 hours of receiving your delivery of the damaged product and take relevant photos of the damaged state of packaging and product.
- Incorrect product sent: please notify Oliveway within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please do not open or attempt to use the incorrect item as it will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. Incorrect items that have been sent in error and have been used or tampered with in any way are non-refundable.
- Faulty product or packaging: if returned goods are determined by Oliveway not to be faulty then all return shipping costs will be worn by the customer. Oliveway will not be accepted as faulty due to lack of expertise of the product by the buyer.
- Missing product: please notify eshop@oliveway.comwithin 24 hours of receiving your delivery that an item is missing.
Please Note:
Return for refund policy is NOT applicable for change of mind purchases or lack of expertise of use of any Oliveway product range.
Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer, unless the fault is determined to be Oliveway.
Item(s) must be returned within ****seven (7) days**** of receiving email confirmation by Oliveway that the return has been approved. All returns need to have proof of shipping and tracking for the return.
If you are returning an item, we will issue a full refund to your PayPal account/credit card. Refunds may take up to 7 days to be credited to your credit card and account. Your financial institution may take an additional seven business days to reflect this transaction.
Oliveway owns title of any extra goods posted and received with your order that have been made in error.
How to Return your item(s):
- Notify Oliveway of the return.
Please notify us of your intention to return item(s) within 24 hours of receipt of delivery of goods. After your email contact has been made in relation to the return and Oliveway have approved the return, please insure the item(s) are returned within 7 days.
- Return your item(s) by post
Place the item(s) you wish to return inside the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, you may use a sturdy box or padded envelope. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage in transit and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

Please ensure you retain proof of return postage and relevant tracking information for use in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
- Processing your refund
If your refund is approved, we will process it within seven (7) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned them to us in their original condition. We will also refund the return postage amount, as long as a receipt for this has been included.
