How to shop

Shopping is easy, convenient and secure. In Oliveway SA we are trying our best to insure the best online shopping experience for our customers.

Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the product you would like to purchase.
2. Click the “Add to Cart” icon to place the product selected in your shopping bag and choose quantity. You will be able also to change your quantity in the shopping cart view.
3. When you’ve completed your shopping, click the “Checkout” button.

Afterwards please follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process or continue shopping. You have the choice to make an account with us, for your future convenience or proceed to checkout as a Guest.

You have to fill your personal data and of course all the mandatory fields. Either you choose to register or not, you have to fill the country details, so you can be prompt for the shipment methods. You can enter your coupon code, should you have one, in the relevant field. Finally, you confirm your purchase.

After your order has been submitted, a “Confirmation” page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. An email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order is submitted.

If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by phone or via email for assistance using our contact form.
If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please contact us. For fastest service, please have your order number available.

The images and colors are solely for representation purposes. The packaging may be different to that which appears in the photograph. The weight, the dimensions and volume, if given, are by approximation. If you have any questions, please contact us for clarification on our products.

Payment

A payment page of our servicing bank opens, where you enter your card details services, an authentication page of your card issuer opens, where you type your authentication password or code.
If the transaction is successful, a transaction receipt is displayed onscreen: we invite you to save it on your device.

We accept payment by MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, and V PAY cards. Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in the online authentication schemes “Verified by Visa” or “MasterCard SecureCode”. We also accept Bank transfers (see details on the checkout box).
